I took my 2002 F350 here for the first time. They have good reviews, but I was still nervous trying someplace new. They were great and fixed my truck right up. Sam called me several times with updates and suggested future repairs. No pressure to do them "right now", he just advised me of them. I am very happy with my experience with TransMasters and will use them again when needed. I do recommend them.

Thank you, Sam!! What a great experience in the middle of an unpleasant experience. We were so disappointed when the transmission went out on our van 10 hours from home. Then, no one in that area would even look at the van. So, I called Sam, and he welcomed our van to his shop. We towed it down ourselves and dropped it off. Sam very quickly diagnosed the problems, offered a couple of solutions, helped me choose the one that was best for my family, ordered the parts and completed the work in record time. I openly recommend this shop for all your automotive maintenance and repair needs. Back again...this time with our minivan. Sam was timely, professional, responsive...as before, a great experience. No one wants to go to the mechanic, but if you gotta go, Sam's the man!!

Oil leak around valve cover, torque rod on engine mount replaced, Power Steering pump replaced. Sam is really great and takes care of car. Stay on top of keeping you informed on progress of your car and how long it will take. I will definitely use them again.

Recently took my 20 year old van for routine services and as usual, Sam did an excellent job. The vehicle has nearly 250,000 miles and Sam makes sure it’s still able to perform well. The maintenance service is but a fraction of the cost of taking it back to the dealer.

Sam and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of my repair. Very thankful for all of the worth they did on my vehicle.

Sam is the Man! It would be impossible for me to recommend a mechanic other than Sam for any and all of your automotive needs. He showed my wife and I how knowledgeable and professional he is in his trade and he treated us with grace and respect. I never leave reviews on anything regardless of how much I may have enjoyed that particular product. Thats a fact! Thats how you know that Sam is the real deal. Transmissions, engines or even an oil change. SAM is the guy for you.

This is my go to place for any automotive needs. They are honest, hard working, and do a good job. They are very communicative when they have your vehicle, I got my truck towed to them and they called me when they received it and kept me updated through our two days that they had it. They did a great job of answering my questions and making me feel comfortable about the work they were doing. They always asked before performing any services and told me exactly how much it was going to cost. I would have given them 5 stars but they forgot to put my engine cover back on and I had to go back and get it afterwards. But other than that small thing these guys did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.
