I had an issue with my car, and they kindly took a look at it for me, it just so happened to be a week where I was going to be out of town which made me nervous. I ran into an issue and was not able to have the car picked up because I was not in town. They were extremely kind and understanding. I highly highly recommend this shop. After getting a $10k quote from the dealer in Carlsbad for my transmission repair and a host of other repairs that were unnecessary, I took my 4Runner to Sam who diagnosed the issue promptly and gave me more than one option to repair or replace my aging transmission. He was honest, upfront, and on time with his quote and services, actually ahead of schedule on the repair. Sam charged me exactly what we agreed upon and was a pleasure to deal with.
