It's challenging sometimes to trust, especially when you have two different reports on cost estimates. Sam was very clear and made perfect sense in his explanation of costs, was on time and found some other issues with my car that needed attention, fixed them quickly and for much less than the other mechanic. He showed me the parts that he replaced, explained clearly why they needed to be replaced and I understood, I did not feel deceived or dubious. I had an excellent experience my first time with TransMasters and recommend them, they are diligent, trustworthy, inexpensive and experts. These are the most important things you can be in this business, If I could give 6 stars I would.
