I've taken my Rav4 here several times and have never been disappointed. Sam and his crew are professional, friendly and they provide excellent service. Prices are also fair and reasonable.

Took my car for 30 K service few days ago/ I did not make an appt thinking it won't be busy. When I got to the shop, he was booked but Sam was able to squeeze me in. What a relief!! The service was awesome Sam showed me the old parts that were replaced and explained it in detail why it had to be replaced. In addition, his shop now has details of my cars that have serviced in a database. This is really a great tool!

Sam (a.k.a Sathya) is honest & open and he clearly explains in layman terms what needs to be fixed in your vehicle. My van had multiple problems he prioritized and clearly helped me identify what needs to be addressed first. He didn't force me to fix all the issues at one shot. I am very happy and pleased with the service.
